My dog just looked at me in such a melancholy, tragic way, just gazing at me so intently with his beautiful brown eyes... and I felt so sad, even though I know he's perfectly happy! I'm always worrying about him, whatever he does! like recently he's taken to removing his duvet from his bed and spreading out on the kitchen floor, and I get really anxious about him! Why do dogs have this effect on us?!?!

speak for yourself ;p

lots of people feel sad when dogs are around because the dog is chasing them.

although spreading the duvet on the kitchen floor sounds a bit offkey

Could be the male menopause. A tragic event in any dog's life.

When will you ever learn that it is an ACT to get FOOD. Inside he's not actually sad, he's thinking 'Hahaha, food here I come'.

Ha! I knew they were tricky little buggers! That's why I don't like them. (That and the fact that I'm scared )

Lol, I used to not like them either, I used to be terrified of them. I'm not anymore as I know realise that with Dylan, no other dog is gonna come near me

  !!!! I'm deeply shocked!!! Well, that's to say I can understand you being scared, I was until we had a dog. But "tricky little buggers" they certainly are not! They are the epitomy of perfection!
