Abs

Hi, wanted some suggestion on how to get abs.

I am quite skinny but have a bit of fat in my stomach, sometimes i see an outline of packs but little, how can I get abs in a fast way? Thanks

Skinny-fat syndrome... start lifting heavy weights if you don't already. Something like 3 full body sessions a week with a core exercise to finish each one for 3 sets of 12 ish. You could lose fat/gain muscle at the same time easily if you are a newbie. Otherwise build them up for a couple of months and then cut your calories and lose the fat that covers your new muscle.

If you are skinny and don't have abs, it's probably because you have low muscle mass. Get stronger and bigger everywhere on top of your abs... don't just follow some silly ab routine every day. There's a whole host of benefits to lifting that will support you, namely in the ab department.
