I like both colours, If you want to stand out then going for the red would be good idea, but if you want to have a safe option which you would be able to wear for more occasions I would then go for the black one.

Personally I prefer the black one, but without seeing a pic of yourself which would help to say which would suit you better it is hard to decide

Black is better as a solid color. Red and black looks good together. A red dress can either look trashy or starlety... It's hard to carry it off exactly how you had in mind lol.

Red is traditionally what woken wear to get noticed, it is indeed the color of passion but some people wil leather see you as confident and hot in it or immediately think 'whore'. Kind of the same way people see women in ANYTHING tbh lol...
