Broadgate Park same sex flats?

For anyone who has experience of living in BGP do you know if flats are same sex?
I am in a standard large bedroom sharing a toilet with other people in my flat so I'm wondering if my flat will be mixed sex or same sex?

I believe that, unless you ask for specfically same sex, it will be mixed.
