I need help!

Maintenance Loan	Maximum	£3,906.00
Tuition Fee Loan	Maximum	£9,000.00
HE Maintenance Grant	N/A	£3,354.00

The summary of my application I have just sent off says where the Maintenance Grant is that I'm N/A for it (in the amount requested column) does this mean I won't get it or are they waiting for evidence from my parents about household income?
Help me please, Thanks!

Hi there,

The system will automatically attribute N/A to the Maintenance Grant whilst we are awaiting the income details to be checked with the HMRC and an assessment run by our assessors. You can track the progress of this via your online account and also have your parents check their accounts to make sure no further evidence/information has been requested from them.
