I was set some homework the other day at sixth form and it was to find 5 eukaryotic & 5 prokaryotic cells and what organelles they contain and what they do.
I have found a few eukaryotic cells but I'm struggling to think of one more and another 5 prokaryotic cells.

    Can anyone help!?

Eukaryotic cell types: brain cells, protozoa (like paramecium), liver cells, general plant cell and animal cells.
Prokaryotic: Different bacterial types (like E.coli's, Campylobacters, Niesseria, Spirochetes), cyanobacteria (blue green algae).

This is too simplistic an answer. If you need details, PM me.
