As a possible case i'm thinking Cocoran v Anderton and as a possible question 3 definition of a 'building', that's the first thing that comes to mind.
Any other suggestions??
They could ask us other questions like one on Collins but on on eof the previous one the've already asked something on entry and tresppass.

i was thinking Dawson, what could amount to force.
Also i was thinking the paper could mainly focus on robbery coz for the past 2 years its been burglary but the majority of worthwhile questions are burglary so i duno

They could talk about Dawson, but the thing with that is that there's already been a question on 'force', just not directly related to that case.

don't worry I feel exactly the same! I screwed up before I even began by breaking my glasses and losing my pencil case and have been calling myself stupid for the past 4 hours  Just put it out of your mind and go all out for the synoptic now. It's worth more so you can make it up with the marks. You've prob done better than you think anyway. xxx

Me and Danny5876 had a look at the past papers for the synoptic only an hour ago anbd came up with this:

Q 4 should be the easiest, with the mini problem questions, they're gonna be on burglary as far as i know, so that's good. In the past papers the scenarios are all REALLY and i mean REALLY similar!! there is only slight differences and they all include section 9 1 (a) and (b) so thats gonna be ok, its just piking up those little details that are hidden away.

Regarding the others, Q1 is gonna be ok i think, just think about the role of judges and what their role should be in relation to the rule of interpretation.
Q2 like i said COULD be on Cocoran v Anderton but thinking about it i dont see how a questions could be written about it because the only thing it created was that there was no requirement that D got away.
Q3 again COULD be on building as that's not been up before.

Dont take that as a defintie prediction about the cases, they could ask a question about one of those books, but i dont know what they could ask, its hard to find out because its the third year they've used this and next years, which is the last has a much better chance of predicting.

Anyubody got any other ideas on how to revise>> in a day might i add
