Massage

Well, like most girls, my girlfriend likes a massage now and again (and again, and again... lol), and I'm happy to oblige, but to be honest I don't have a clue what I'm doing. I know there is all this stuff about pressure points (shiatsu(?) I think) and meditative effects and blah, and I would love to be able to do it all, or at least know some of it. Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone had any tips, and if this isn't the place to ask, my apologies.

Just do what you think feels nice. Not too hard (definitely start soft), and always rub from the inside out to the sides (don't know why but was told in massage class).
The bottom of your back, like the top of your gf's bum is very sensitive, as well as the lower sides (kidney area?). I like those best.
Could crawl her neck as well.
when massaging girls, the best thing is at the start, you have to keep you palms in as much contact with her skin as you can. press soft to start, then a little harder round the tenser areas, (the areas where the muscles feel tight) but not so hard that her back starts to click etc - you get the point.

Ask her how it feels, get her to tell you lill things like 'softer, higher, lower' etc.

Once you do it a few tmes, shell be all over u after

This help at all?
as long as she feels good

Back scratches are also appreciated.

Especially those slow, long upwards spinal strokes with nails. And when you put your nails together on a spot - either nape of neck or sacrum will do - and then radially spread your fingers out...

Tingly, so tingly. I love it.

Whatever you do, don't massage the flesh over any bone. Just concentrate on the suishy parts. Also, if you get tired, just run your fingers all over her backa nd upper arms - this feels really nice and relaxing but doesn't require too much effort on your part.

Plus - always use oil or cream. never do it dry.

Dry is okay really, oil is so sticky afterwards (but feels nice, I have to admit).

I prefer dry, doesnt leave any residue behind.

You just need to start gentle, get your bearings and try and work out if any areas feels particulary tense. You should focus on those, but also give the other areas of the back some attention.

Communication is also a must, ask her if she likes how your doing it, if not change it trying a different type of rubbing/stroking. Pressure is also something you need to ask her, as previously mention whether she wants more pressure applying or it being more gentle and lighter.
