Don't just give us your questions to do XD

Just think about it. What parts of the body grow or regenerate through life? Why would it be useful to keep dividing and not just sit there as a fully formed cell?

1.Blood tissue especially RBCs because it has a short life span of 4 months.
    2. Skin where the tissues are continuously damaged and torn off but repaired continuously too

This is a very open question. There is countless other answers
