Geography controlled Assessment-gcse!!!!

Hello everyone!!!! I have just begun my controlled assessment in geography on how the transport of material along the east sussex coastline affects the characteristics of different beaches and well... I'm not really following what's going on:s if anyone is in the same boat as me or they have done the same assessment and got a good grade for it at GCSE... will you PLEASE help me?!!!!
