There´s all these fad diets about at the moment but really the best way to lose weight is to eat less and exercise more. Try only eating at meal times and go on a run 3-4 times a week.

However if you're looking to lose that little bit extra i would reccommend cranberry juice for the extra water retention. but if you are serious, i am having a half body wrap at my local spa (not a mini supermarket b4 its mentioned) its £32 but you are guarenteed to lose 6inches in the 2hour time period because its a mineral solution which is soaked in the bandages and these minerals happarently reduce the appearance of cellulite, smooth and tone the skin whilst removing impurities. But the great thing is if you dont lose the guarenteed 6inches you get a second treatment for free! It's not reccomended as a regular treatment but is great for things like proms, holidays and special occasions when u need to be looking and feeling your best

I bet it's like 6 inches total.. could be two from your waist, one from each thigh and two from your bust.

6 inches of water, I hope you're prepared for those 6 inches to come straight back as soon as you drink some water again.
6 inches from your wallet. theres no easy way to lose weight you have to put some effort into it, exercise.
what difference is 0.5 stone gonna make?
BTW heres a little tip on how to look less 'puffy' drink lots of water. It reduces water retention because it stops your body from trying to keep water because it thinks you are dehydrated.

half a stone is 7 pounds, thats quite alot, surely its going to have a visible difference, no?
7 pound may look alot in terms of blocks of cooking fat, but if you were to smere all of that onto your body there would only be a 1/2-1cm layer, it would make much of a physical difference. a stone or two would.
