I can't really imagine so, and realistically why should they? plenty of people wil be in the same situation as yourself if not worse. It's only a day procedure anyway so you won't really miss much college if that's what you're worried about. and even if you do get the whole thing sped along, having an op before sept? you'll be lucky to even get a consultaion appointment by then I think.
I read that only five percent of men have this problem, so maybe that was just a lie. lol

true, in NI it's about 4-5 months wait to see a consultant urologist, then anywhere from 4-6+ to get a date for the op. for a frenuloplasty. I would like to hope prostate problems and the like get dealt ith much quicker.
if you're having problem with the private thing, check if either of your parents have health insurance covered by work. My Dad's employer gives comp. cover for our entire family so you might be lucky enough. I'm incredibly grateful that I have the opportunity to go private, I don't htink I would have gotten the same treatment on the NHS even though my urologist does both NHS and private work.

I have made an appointment at the doctors for 8.10am on Tuesday.

Don't be afraid mate. It's like a normal piercing people had been doing. I had done mine on Friday. I m bloody happy searching for my ex gf no. Also so tht I can give tht bitch a hardcore lol. Tell ur parents if u r goin for general anaesthetic. I had done mine one in local anaesthetic. Omg I forget pain when beautiful bourses r with me at d time of operation. Make urself okay for upcoming sex with ladies. I want to say move ahead brother. Go for tht. Soon
