You should really wear a bra reguarless to how small you are. You may not realise it but the breasts bounce around a fair bit, they need support because you can damage them and they will no longer be pert but tend to sag.

Although the odd day without a bra is nice, especially in summer tops.

Where's the evidence that not wearing a bra causes breasts to sag?

There is none. Do you really think that body parts become "damaged" if they're not artificially held up?

They do. Youve not chatted to people who work in breast screening. if you heard some of the stories (using a rolling pin to flatten out very very saggy breasts to take the X Ray) you would wear a bra all the time

But its probably healthy to let them free at some points.

But where's the evidence that the sagginess was caused by not wearing a bra, or that they wouldn't have sagged if a bra was worn?

Everyone knows that all breasts have the potential to sag. But that doesn't mean that not wearing a bra is what causes it. Even the CEO of a big bra manufacturer was quoted admitting that there is no evidence that wearing a bra prevents saggage...

yeh plus a certain morning health and enterainment show did a peice about it. Eventually the fibers/mucles/whatever you wanna call them loose the ability to hold them up. They said the main cause for sagging breasts was down to them bouncing around without support, which was caused by either regular day to day walking or exercise with a inapproiate sports bra.

Yes, because they're not in use when you wear a bra. Hence, they weaken. And your breasts sag.

If you wore your arm in a sling your entire life, do you think your arm would grow stronger or weaker?
im only a 32A too, but find it strange when i dont have a bra on..

Lol, you make them sound like caged animals! :p:

Yeah, I agree that you should wear a bra at least most of the time. They're only masses of tissue anyway- no muscle so they need a little support.

Well personally i think a bra is secondary support, they go hand in hand with the natural support. Im not to bothered whether it has or hasnt been offically confirmed that a bra will/wont prevent or slowed down sagging. Im just not willing to risk doing damage to my primary support by going braless for long periods of time. Im all for going a day here and there and having freedom around my breasts, but not on a perminent basis.

:>.<: And it HURTS when you jog about with normal bra on. Plus your nipples will get chafed :>.<: :>.<:

You may be "risking doing damage" by wearing a bra.

Indeed, it has been suggested that wearing bras may contribute to the likelihood of developing breast cancer.

Its more likely with incorrectly fitting bras, its normally if your cup size is too small and your wire is resting on the wrong part of you breast.
