Weak wrists

I do walking, i just get bored of staying at home, and exercise is fun. At the moment though i just want my wrists to clear up. im an active person, so stopping and only doing one thing gets boring. I'm also fed up of having problems and when i do sports i normally forget that i have them, which is nice, that and my joints will hurt if i do sports or not.

Its onlong the inside side of my wrist, if that makes sense. I dont know what it is this time, im yet to see him, but last time it was ligament damage.

I'll try the exercises, its just so frustrating, not being able to spar or train or anything.especially with the exams on.

No, its more my right wrist and im left handed, when i try to write with my right, doesnt hurt though. It just hurts during the exams.

yeah, i'll keep going for walks, and another 5 days of revisng to keep me occupied, then, guess im just going to have to keep resting it. I'll just start using my nose to play on Xbox and ps2 when i do.
