A few things i'm interested to know:

Is it rude:

when some (you don't know very well) says 'hi <name>' and you just answer back with 'hi'?

When people ask you a question and you give very short answers?

when You talk rather monotonously and is expressionless?

When people ask 'how are you?' you reply with something slightly more negative than the usual 'i'm good' such as 'don't ask' or 'not too thrilling' but you are telling the truth

(What kind of answer is expected when someone ask 'you alright?' is that a 'hi' or is that a 'how are you?')

When people bitch about another person to you for ages and you go 'oh ok'?

When people talk to you enthusiastically and you say 'i see' in lack of anything else to say?

Would you hate this person if you come across him/ her?
sounds like my ex!

Reply in kind. Repeat their sentiments. No chance of emotion.
Never reveal. All is happy.
Never too happy. Other people will dislike this.
Mediocrity is to be desired. It avoids attention.
Vapid questions are what society is built on. "How are you?" You don't care, you don't want to know, and you'll have a pre-prepared, half-baked two line anecdote shoved down your throat. "Okay, but maths was hell. You?"
Expression betrays emotion. People cannot be trusted with it.

Just say you're fine.

Is it annoying when;

People start threads to ask the daftest questions?

(Or when people reply to threads with useless comments :p: )

Nope

When people ask you a question and you give very short answers?

Meh, I do it, and so do a few of my mates, but it can be...

when You talk rather monotonously and is expressionless?

Nah, my funniest mate speaks monotonously and expressionless....makes him well funny lol.

When people ask 'how are you?' you reply with something slightly more negative than the usual 'i'm good' such as 'don't ask' or 'not too thrilling' but you are telling the truth

Yes, tbh it is irratating...
When someone does that(especially when I barely know em) It sounds like they are self centred and about to tell me something about they're life which I couldn't care less about. However, If they were one of my mates, I wouldn't care too much.

(What kind of answer is expected when someone ask 'you alright?' is that a 'hi' or is that a 'how are you?')

It's a how are you...

When people bitch about another person to you for ages and you go 'oh ok'?

Thats normal.

When people talk to you enthusiastically and you say 'i see' in lack of anything else to say?

Means they don't really care, so I'd move onto aother subject...

Would you hate this person if you come across him/ her?

Not particularly...

when some (you don't know very well) says 'hi <name>' and you just answer back with 'hi'?

not if its an upbeat 'delighted to meet you' hi

graveyarddreams
when people ask you a question and you give very short answers?

if you do it for every ques then its probably irritating but if you go longer on some and shorter on others no one's timing you!

graveyarddreams
when you talk rather monotonously and are expressionless?

depends on what you look like to a certain degree...you could make some effort tho - a monotones just a little excessive

When people ask 'how are you?' you reply with something slightly more negative than the usual 'i'm good' such as 'don't ask' or 'not too thrilling' but you are telling the truth

actually kind of funny as long as they're friends not random people who might be made awkward by it

(What kind of answer is expected when someone ask 'you alright?' is that a 'hi' or is that a 'how are you?')

thats a how are you generally speaking...or a 'what you been up to?'

graveyarddreams
When people bitch about another person to you for ages and you go 'oh ok'?

probably - when people are bitching they could mostly do it to a wall and it would have the same effect on destressing them. you dont have to agree or return the favour really...you could contradict it (a good argument never did anyone any harm!)

When people talk to you enthusiastically and you say 'i see' in lack of anything else to say?

more boring than rude. they'll realise it means you havent got anything to say but its not particularly interesting for them.
when some (you don't know very well) says 'hi <name>' and you just answer back with 'hi'? FINE

When people ask you a question and you give very short answers? OK, BUT IF YOU DO IT ALL THE TIME YOU MAY COME ACROSS AS BORING

when You talk rather monotonously and is expressionless? NOT REALLY

When people ask 'how are you?' you reply with something slightly more negative than the usual 'i'm good' such as 'don't ask' or 'not too thrilling' but you are telling the truth NORMAL REALLY, DEPENDS WHOS ASKING

(What kind of answer is expected when someone ask 'you alright?' is that a 'hi' or is that a 'how are you?') HOW ARE YOU

When people bitch about another person to you for ages and you go 'oh ok'? FINE

When people talk to you enthusiastically and you say 'i see' in lack of anything else to say? I DO THAT ALL THE TIME!
The short answer to the long questions:
Depends on the situation/person.

There you go
if a person was always like that (ie not much to say, not really interested) thats kinda discouraging and not very friendly.

but, as said above it can ve funny some of the time. maybe a person does some of things as a regular thing, and thats just how they are. if you know that, then maybe its okay. :p:

all of them, all the time if a bit :frown:
but some of them , some of the time, is fine, yeah.
hell, we all have our moments!!

A few things i'm interested to know:

Is it rude:

when some (you don't know very well) says 'hi <name>' and you just answer back with 'hi'? No, not at all. At least you say something:p:

When people ask you a question and you give very short answers? No, as long as you can keep the conversation flowing.
when You talk rather monotonously and is expressionless? Nope, some of my friends do it and it's different to other people making them more interesting to talk to... It's funny as well.

When people ask 'how are you?' you reply with something slightly more negative than the usual 'i'm good' such as 'don't ask' or 'not too thrilling' but you are telling the truth - Well at least you're being honest, however I usually reply with 'great', 'fabulous'...etc because if you're negative, it makes people not want to hang around with you much...it depends on how the person says it.

(What kind of answer is expected when someone ask 'you alright?' is that a 'hi' or is that a 'how are you?') You're ment to say hi.... and then punch the person

When people bitch about another person to you for ages and you go 'oh ok'?Well it would make the other person feel bad, I would explain with reasons if I don't want to talk about that certain person.

When people talk to you enthusiastically and you say 'i see' in lack of anything else to say? No thats not rude, everyone does that...

Would you hate this person if you come across him/ herWell if the person is always like this, then I wouldn't put much effort into talking to this person as I usually do...

Why did I even answer this!? that was kinda lame.
