Withdrawal notice/tuition fee payment

Hi

I am still waiting on student finance to clear my withdrawal notice and my grant. I have tried several times to do it electronically via my old uni but for some reason it has failed to work so i have sent a letter proving my withdrawal by post. SFE will not pay my full tuition since i went to uni for one year in 2011 (family death caused me to drop out)

It still has not been updated, when will SFE pay my full tuition as i do not want to be kicked out of uni for not paying the fees.
