Excessive Sweating

I don't what it is but I'm sweating a lot more than I used too and its really embarassing. I don't know what to do to stop it. I do some moderate excercise and my upper half is almost wet.

My fitness level has gone down, so I'm thinking if I improve my fitness surely it would help the situation.

I'm not fat, but I'm fairly large, and I would say developing a beer belly, would by improving my figure help at all.

Also I'm a diabetic and my blood sugar control hasn't been that great for a year now, if I improve that would it make any difference?

Improve your fitness. If you put on weight you are likely to sweat more.

I'm sure that has a lot to do with it.

My grandfather is diabetic and sweats constantly when he doesn't control his blood sugar properly. You should definitely see your doctor before you throw yourself into a new fitness regime.

Not at all.

You were right, improving his fitness will probably help as well. But like with anyone who has a serious medical condition, they shouldn't do any vigorous exercise without speaking to their doctor first. It could make things a hell of a lot worse.
