Need to wake myself up!!!

Does anyone have any good suggestions as to how I can stop myself being so very very tired today?

I have a history exam tomorrow and need to be revising but I'm so tired I can't. I used Kick before my english exam but felt awful when it wore off- I don't want to do that again.

Other than getting some more sleep (which I'd really love to but isn't really an option right now) .........any ideas?....Please

coffee and cold showers :/ High energy foods.
Pro plus? Maybe? Or Coffee? Not a long term solution, but if you need a quick energy fix to help you get on with some revision, could be worth a try!

Have an apple. They're clinically proven to be 4 times more effective at waking you up compared to caffeine

a cold bucket of water every morning should suffice :-)
Having a shower first thing in the morning is the most amazing life changing habit i ever developed. (and the second most amazing life changing habit was making to-do lists)

sorry not really relevant

erm, OP: do your revision in the morning instead of last thing at night. You'll concentrate so much better working from 5am till 9am than 10pm-2am. Take sleeping pills to make sure you get to sleep though.

thats what i did anyway
