2006 Application

Hi thanks in advance if you can help

I was at the UNI of KENT this year but decided to leave as i thought i needed some time doing other things first so i am working now.

I do want to go back to uni and have a few places i like the look of. I was just wondering if there is anyway i can apply for this year maybe through clearing?

Sorry im just a bit confused maybe i will have to wait till next year but it would be great if i could this year.

Yes, you can apply this year. Do everything as quickly as you can though. If you apply after June 30 you can only apply through Clearing, but if you're really quick and apply before then you can pick courses in the usualy way (although they may not have spaces, and do not have to consider you).

When i try on the website www.ucas.com it assumes i want to apply for 2007

Click on "Student login, 2006 entry", and then on the "Register" button.

Try again. It gives you the option, you're obviously picking the wrong one.
