training/supplement tips

well i have been training for a while where i know what i am doing, but just to see and get tips from other peoples experience i would like to know any really effective excercises and if any supplements they take. i take Vyomax whey protein and have noticed great improvement but i also used to take creatine which did the trick?which has been more effective for you lot?

like.. chicken, beef, rice, vegetables..real food...

The post doesn't really make sense, but whey protein has always been great, and creatine sometimes.
