Bridging week?

Hiya just got letter cinfirming my place on my chosen sixth forms bridging week. Was just wondering is anyone else going to one of these at their sixth forms??

Well, I've got a three day sixth form induction course next week at my new school... dunno exactly what we do though. What do you do on your 'bridging week'?

Its a chance for students to sample some of the courses they are thinking about taking. We had a list which was nearly all of the subjects that the sixth form offers and we had to choose 6 of them to sample during the week. At the end we have another interview to talk about which subjects we want to take and to confirm a place at the college. It sounds really exciting i found out which tutor group i will be in if i go....B:15 and its in room 131-i know this porbs wont make sense to you lol. Luckily they gave me a map of the college layout so i wont get lost!! its massive and there are stairs everywhere so im glad they gave us a map.
