    Can somebody help me understand how to work out moles of compounds at equilibrium.I've been trying to get this for 2weeks now & I'm struggling .My teacher has confused me sooo much

    Btw ,I understand how you work out Kc ,it's units etc

    It depends on what you are given to start with. General approach calls for writing a set of equations - one for each equilibrium constant, one for each mass balance, once for charge balance (if needed), and solving these equations. While this is a very universal method, it is also often unreasonably complicated.

    Please give an example of a problem you want to solve, and we will start from there.
