The Master of International Business (MIB) at Frankfurt School offers a unique opportunity for graduates with a diverse international background, preferably with a degree in the humanities and social sciences with international orientation, to leverage their knowledge and skills in the context of global business.
The MIB curriculum directly dovetails with the previous education in emphasizing knowledge about the institutional, behavioural and normative determinants of performance in complex social, political and cultural contexts of global business.
Scope for individual choices and design of study profiles
The MIB programme offers much scope for individual choices and independent design of study profiles. It is specifically designed to develop individual capabilities to act creatively and responsibly in international business and complex organizational and institutional settings. The curriculum concentrates on general management topics, but combines them with learning experiences that emphasize teamwork, cross-cultural interactions, skills in compressing, analyzing and communicating information, and knowledge management expertise.
