Hey guys!
I'm an international student from Bali, Indonesia currently doing my A2 (A-levels), and I'm looking to go to Holland for University.

I made a studielink account, but whenever I try log on to it it always says "your session has expired, please click okay and log back in" - I do that, but then it just gives me the same message. I've logged out and in i swear for like 20 times now and it still says that.

I've waited 2 days and tried logging back in again, and it still says my session is expired even though I havent even been on it for 2 days??

Can someone please help and tell me whats wrong?

Would be greatly appreciated, thank you so much!
Much love from Bali. Xxxxx

It sounds like your browser isn't accepting cookies from the studielink website. Exactly what you need to do will depend on your browser, but look for security settings in your menus and make sure that the browser is set to either always accept cookies, or to accept cookies from studielink.nl.

Hey Anya,

As EKC stated it could be that the browser your using is not accepting cookies. Additionally you could have a noscript program running as an add-on, or the least likely scenario is that your using internet explorer or safari with certain internet protocols disabled. Or another scenario is that studielink servers are a little bit funky at the moment.

A solution is to use firefox/Chrome, enable the cookies:

  1. Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Click Show advanced settings.
  4. In the "Privacy" section, click the Content settings button.
  5. In the "Cookies" section, you can change the following cookies settings:
  6. Allow local data to be set (recommended)
