The area of law broadly speaking which I want to focus on is EU Competition law. I want to more specifically scope in on 'Article 102: Dominant position'. At the moment I am not sure what my question will be, this is why I am writing on here, just for a bit of advice and help in brainstorming. Additionally I'm not sure how far to scope in with my question. You have the problem of scoping in too far and not having enough resources to work with, and on the other hand making the question too broad and not writing anything insightful.

Here are a few issues within the topic that I am considering working with, whether a select few of them, all of them, or just one -

    - Definition of Dominance and analysis generally
    - Special responsibility of dominant party
    - The relevant market
    - Market power
    - Also contrasting with economic insights and views

I would really appreciate it if anyone could share any advice, ideas, tips, and possible questions.

    Thanks
