Eat three larger than normal sized meals (or more normal sized meals - 5 maybe) and include lots of protein.
Get fat (unhealthy) by eating fatty foods.

Get more muscle mass (difficult, you need to be commited and determined) by weight lifting.

Get used to your body (easy).

eat protein based meals along with weight training to build muscle. If you are naturally thin then that is prob the best way, if you ae underweight and not naturally thin, try fat building shakes etc
well i think no fatty food but take in the right amount of food because once you become normall weight it might become hard to let go of all that extra food and you could become over weight so just eat healthy and lots of it :-)
I think having substantial snacks is the way to go. Eat things like nuts and seeds for snacks which are healthy but won't fill you up too much. Also have things like bowls of cereal, toast with peanut butter or jam, flapjacks, fruit muffins and dark chocolate.

Although protein is important make sure you also have plenty of carbs (ideally every meal and snack should contain some carbs as well as protein).

Also drinks are a great way to up your overall calorie intake. Try drinking milk, or add some chocolate powder to it to taste if you like. Drink fruit juice too. These won't fill you up and are healthy. Try to limit your water intake to about 2 litres per day otherwise you will fill yourself up too much to eat enough to gain weight. Also don't eat more than 5 portions of fruit a day while trying to gain weight as this will also fill you up.

Resistance exercise is definitely the way to go- don't do any cardio when trying to gain weight it will just make it harder!

Good luck!
