Thats how a guy orgasm feels - A peak which lasts around 5s - Tingling all over etc. and then no more sexual feelings just afterwards. I'd imagine its similiar for girls, so that probably was an orgasm. Don't forget, not all girls can orgasm

Some will be better than others, it all depends on how aroused you are and what the conditions are like and your mood and the temperature and humidity and what food you ate recently and the current state of the Spanish monarchy. In other words it's completely random - but generally if you're not really into it it won't be as good as when you are, and the slower you do it the better it'll be. I guess.

If you want it to last longer, when you're using your vibrator and you start to get excited, pull it out and wait for a few seconds. Calm down, then start again. Do it a few times and then when you're really, really horny, go for it with the vibrator until you cum.
If you're shagging a guy, the same rule applies: lots of foreplay, then go for the sex and when you start to get excited, tell him to pull out. Repeat it a couple of times and that should make it amazing for both of you.
The more you put it off, the slower you build it up, the longer and more intense the orgasm will be.
