    A*ACC are my AS results including maths,f.maths,biology and chemistry.I really want to study biomedical sciences at uni but the typical offer are usually ABB or higher,if i could be predicted A*AB(B in bio/chem)would it be possible for me to get an offer??(to be honest,I really really want a place in top30 uni)
    and how important are predicted grades?is it as important as your AS results??

    Yes, as A*AB prediction is better than the ABB typical offer, and seems realistic from your AS results.

    Your predicted grades are more important that your AS primarily because its an assumption of you and what you will achieve at the end of your course.

    If predicted grades are too different from AS results you will be asked why! Other than that a lot if unis don't really care. Avoid Birmingham, Oxbridge and some if the London ones.

    Also biomedical science is very competitive, have a back up! There are lots of other more specialised healthcare science courses. What do you want to do afterwards?
