    Hi All.

I am currently doing an Access course in Biological/Biomedical Science.

It's a two year part-time course. I am also based in Northern Ireland and moving to the mainland to study is out of the question as I have two children in education.

Like most of us on the course, we have joined because we want to do Nursing, I am no different, however the places in Northern Ireland are even more competitive than the mainland, with a 1 in 6 chance of getting a place!

So I'm weighting up my Plan B!

Does anyone know alternative careers that I could look at, on the back of this access course?

Hi, since you are doing a science pathway access course, you can do a lot of course besides nursing.

Like biomedical science or healthcare science
