    THE Driving Standards Agency (DSA) is to scrap foreign language help for people sitting their driving test.
    In future driving test candidates will have to sit the written theory exam in either English or Welsh.
    The move follows the case of a woman who was jailed for fraud at Cardiff Crown Court after she gave dozens of candidates the answers in Mandarin.
    The new measure will come into effect from April.

    Seems fair enough to me. If you don't understand English/Welsh, then you need to work on it before gaining a valid UK driver's license. It will hopefully crack down on fraud, too.
