LCC (London College of Communication)

Just wanna meet some people who're curently studyin at LCC, doesnt really matter what course as long as they can give me an idea of what its like there, but would be great if they're studyin at the school of graphics. Design for graphic communication FdA to be precise......

my interview was really relaxed, it was just me and 2 other students and we had to talk through our portfolio and then answer a few questions. The tutor was really friendly and the whole thing was very low key. How was your interview?

As far as the social life at LCC is concerned I don't see how it could be any worse than any of the other UAL colleges! Anyway it's London for goodness sake, there's heaps of stuff to do! :smile:

yeah, I was interviewed by Darren who was a really nice dude... there was also 2 other girls who were with me being interviewed. at first we were taken on a tour around the college while a tutor (darren) stayed behind and looked through our portfolios then when we got back, we were asked to choose a piece of our work and talk about it. anyway, through out the interview process i felt relaxed too, and was keen on finding out more about the course. i didnt think igot in since my tutors at my current college laughed at the idea of me even applying to lcc...no idea why!

the way my friend who is in lcc portrayed the social life seems alittle posh and unfriendly, although i think its because of her interpersonal skills...rather than the others being cold. anyway, im going to be focusin on my work alot more in lcc so it should be cool..

hey everyone , I would like some advise from the students who already go LCC , I'd like to go there to do Fashion Photography, is it as difficult to get into as london college of fashion
I've already started on my portfolio ready for my interview.
Although i'm not going until 2010 i just want to be sure i'm ready?
I don't suppose anyone here would know the top universities for photography? , I've searched everyone to try to find a guide but i can't seem to get hold of one
I've heard that LCC and LCF are really good for photography though :smile:
