I don't think so, but maybe have it on your phone just in case.

The minute I get there I'm scopin' out the coats and leather jackets :colone:

Yeah I'll keep it on me. How much do you think stuff is gonna be? It says stuff will be 'from 10£' but I imagine that will be rubbish stuff like socks n that.

It depends tbh, it's only Friday and Saturday where they'll properly slash prices stupidly cheap. I reckon outerwear will be around £120-£50, knitwear around £40-30, shirts around £30, shoes around £50-£20, but tbh these are total guesses because it all depends on how much stock they'll have to begin with and whether the item in question is a sample, old stock or faulty.

It's also hard to tell because I don't know what the vibe will be like, whether you can haggle a bit at the till or not. If you're bulk buying then probably, if it's just 1 or 2 things then probably not.

Should be good though, I've been as a customer twice before and I've managed to pick up some nice bits at good prices (suede driving shoes rrp £110 for £30, sample dress shirt rrp £79 for £20, for example).

I am going to be dead by the end though, I'm doing 12/13 hour shifts for 5 days straight :emo: But I'm doing it while taking paid holiday so I'll be making it rain with November's paycheck

Anyone know if they'll have an online sale any time soon? I'm assuming this sale is for that specific store only?

I hate not living in London

Hmmmm interesting! I think I'll probably end up maxing out my overdraft. I'm mainly looking for blazers/trousers (not suits though) knitwear and maybe shirt/shoes!

Their next actual sale will be around December 19th from what we've been told, about the same as last year. They currently have a mid season sale only online, but it's very small.

There is however currently 10% off all full price stock online until midnight on Wednesday

I'm working the whole thing, I have to be there at 7am tomorrow* :emo:

But that does mean I get to process delivery and select my own pickings before anyone else :colone:

*well I don't HAVE to, I did volunteer for this after all :mmm:

Any chance of a stock update on Thursday night? I'm guessing most of the good stuff will be gone by then but I've got Friday off work so will probably head to try and snaffle something from what's left.

I think I might head down on Friday afternoon actually. So is it just like a big warehouse where all the stuff is laid out for you to pick up and buy? Is there anywhere to try stuff on if you need to, is there a return or exchange policy too? Also how busy are they usually, and would you say it's better than the January Reiss sale?

New watch

did I do ok?

Omg this is insane it's so busy :/

Not a huge amount of interesting stock tbh, you're better off going if you're a medium, large or xl, and bigger or smaller and the pickings are SLIM.

That being said I have my eye on a leather jacket and leather trainers :teeth:

We got a second delivery half an hour ago and I'm pretty sure we'll have another one at some point this week.

Mannnn! I got there at like 3.30 or so and there was barely anything left in my size. There were some honey/beige coloured monkstrap shoes that I wanted but they only had a 9 and I am an 8 in Reiss. They had no 36' blazers left and all the knitwear was pretty ****ty/overpriced at like 50£ or something. I got a leather jacket though for 120£, the black leather biker.

So I've just bought Navy chinos and will be buying new camel/ khakis, what V neck jumper colours should I buy to match these? I will be wearing these with one of 4 shirts: white, light blue, pink and occasionally a navy shirt (obviously not with the navy chinos).

I'm thinking: Burgundy, brown, camel, navy, grey (avoiding this as I always resort to grey).

Burgundy/maroon would be the best choice I think. What do you guys think about orange?

I remember seeing those shoes in a size 8 sometime in the evening, although to be fair it was because someone had taken the box of them as if to but them but then changed their mind and dumped them under a rail

And we had hardly any smalls or 36"s to begin with :emo:

Omfg today was insane, we had almost £10,000 go through the tills before 9am, there were people queueing since 6.30am to get in :zomg: Praise all the gods that I was on the till almost the whole day!

But I did get myself some tasty bargains :teeth:

I got a lovely sample oxblood leather jacket for £90, a pair of brown leather high tops for £20 and a tote bag for £10, so all in all not bad going!

We got a second delivery today and we'll be getting another tomorrow so hopefully there'll be more menswear floating around. It should be a bit quieter tomorrow too so if you're planning on going I'd suggest make it tomorrow after 4pm!

Just ordered some Chippewa Apache GQs from the states for winter:

Hope I don't get screwed over too badly by import duty/VAT, but you just cannot get such great quality boots at anywhere near this price point in the UK!

What's the verdict on Unbranded's around here? I'm tempted to cop a pair of 21oz skinnies, anyone had any experience with them?

I want to get something fairly warm but easy to wear now it's colder but I just don't want to go get anything from where I work at River... Topman isn't great and I've seen some nice things in Hollister but I just can't be arsed going in there with the whole pretentiousness of it to see what size would be best.

I might just have to go find some stuff tomorrow once my Halloween hangover clears off from tonight :colone:

Ohh but I did just buy two snapbacks from Hollister online, they are lovely! Don't judge :shifty:
