Forensic Science work experience / placements to take in Gap Year before University

Hi I need help very quickly!
I am currently applying for University through UCAS and I am working towards my A2 subjects which are Biology, Psychology and History. I have got everything sorted but I have NO IDEA of if it would be better for me to defer my place and take a year out to get relevant work experience for my Forensic Science course but I can't find anything to do! :confused:

I want to make the most out of my year out and make sure that I am ready for university and have the best work experience and extra work to do in that year to prepare myself.
I need help asap on what I can do in my year out and what the best things to do are and the different options I can take other than University but still related to Forensics!
PLEASE HELP MEEE SOMEONE :frown:
