You're starting a weight loss programme. You should measure your weight. Using scales. Compare it once a day or so before eating a large meal. I didn't think it was that difficult.
Apparently weight can be deceiving, esp if you exercise as well (muscle is quite heavy). Apparently it's better to measure your waist, hips, etc. Or how about before & after photos, because whether you look better is really what's important if you're losing weight to look better.

u really dont wanna way urself everyday,
your better once a week! because ur body flucuates, depending on liquid consumed,, clothing etc etc etc .. the best way is to weigh yourself once a week and first thing in the morning.

u could take hip, leg arm etc etc measurments, and compare these once a week.its important to understand if ur doing more sport weights etc etc muscle weighs more than fat! exerecise can help tone your body which in turn reduces inches!

Just try measuring the places where you want to loose/gain anything! Or you could get a body fat % thing for all over weight loss

But remember you'll gain some in muscle, which is dencer than fat so will make you weigh more!

And setting targets are the best way to lose weight!

(tip: drink plenty of water, its a known fact the more you drink, the less you'll keep, so the more weight you'll lose!)

 hope it all works out! xxx

Yeah but that'll still fluctuate. If you weigh yourself once a day you can put them on a graph or something and it'll be more obvious whether you've lost weight or not.
