Halls of residence for nursing students

Hi, would really appreciate it if there is anyone who could advise what sort of problems I might encounter regarding travel/transport from the keele campus to the universtiy hospital.

Had mixed info from uni! At the open day the nurse lecturer said it was not a big problem, but accomodation office said they did no advise living on campus as buses/timetables were difficult, and sometimes slow, and really only suited to car owner (which unfortunately for me i'm not!)
