As always, it depends on what you plan on doing after taking the subject. You are also unlikely to get a list devoid of bias.

Not aware that economics has ever been a considered mickey mouse subject, it's on the respected a-levels lists for a lot of universities.

Here's what I think:

MOST
Hospitality - I've never studied it, but it sounds ridiculous
Citizenship - I did this as a short course and it was a complete waste of time
Leisure And Tourism - At least it specifies an area, but still sounds ridiculous
Media - Pretty mickey mouse...
Dance - Can't imagine a written exam for it
Food Technology - Requires a skill, but not much effort compared to others
Business Studies - Never done it so this is just a guess
Drama - Really easy although it requires at least some talent
Sociology - I found it easy, but it does require a bit more work than many of the others
Child Development - No idea, but it just sounds like a sub-category of Psychology
Psychology - Requires lots of work
Law - I can't see why this (or Psychology) are regarded as soft
LEAST

I did Law GCSE, was pretty much just common sense and AFAIK (someone prove me wrong, just what I've been told) doesn't give an accurate portrayal of how the legal system really works.

I also did it at GCSE. I quite liked the criminal law stuff - but contract law was so boring.
