I get approached by girls, but.....

When Im at work, I often get girls I have never seen/spoken to before come up and flirt with me and chat to me. I know most guys would see this as brilliant, but even though some girls make it really obvious they fancy me, I dont really know how to deal with it when I also think they are fit. What do I say, how should I act, should I ask their number or is that too forward etc?

You should get back to work.

I doubt you can really chat to them for long as your boss may see and tell you off. So you've got to be blunt, if they like you then you haven't much to worry about asking for a number. So i'd suggest just ask if you're interested.

Family business- I can pretty much do what I want!

Id feel weird asking for their number afer only speaking to them for a few minutes though. If they liked meanyway, and I did that, would they think I was weird? How can I flirt better with them?

If you know they fancy you. I get lots of little girls at school fancying me, now that's annoying. They open doors for me and stuff. And be calling my name as if they know me.
