Done and hope you do manage to get it back .
I've found it to be really mixed, I've been in and been told quad-core processors didn't exist when I had one at the time and had them try to upsell to things which weren't compatible with the hardware I've had (and I'd already told them my intended use and what I had already) but I've also had excellent service when they've gone out of their way to help me secure a new laptop to my scooter and provided free accidental damage cover in case it all went horribly wrong on the way home. As well as on that occasion actually being reasonably knowledgeable about the product. They also advised me where to go to get things which they were out of stock for instead of the usual trying to get you to order it through them so they still get the sale.
The good example is the most recent so maybe they've really improved.
