Good Luck with your interview!!!

I work in a Leisure Centre, Pool, Gym Sauna etc, i started there when i was 16 in college working in thier cafe. So the interview i had was more on the cattering side of things but a few pointers in general about the leisure industry just drop them in when answering the general questions they ask you...

Your Priority is the Customer and to ensure they have an enjoyable visit - the leisure industry is all about the customer and if you can make a customers visit enjoyable by doing the small things like picking up a piece of litter then the chance is he or she will come back again.

Recognise the diversity and competative nature of the business - talk about how customer service is never good it can always be improved little one liners like that will make you stand out.

What did it for me at my interview if i can remember right i said, As Im a User of the centre and a local resident I obviously understand the cutsomer and thier demographics which will help in the delivery of good customer service.

It also helps if you read up on your company as i did with mine.
The worst thing i got asked on my interview was - Do you have any questions... i didnt want to say no cos i wouldnt sound keen i just asked about rates of pay etc....

Good Luck!!
