yeah, there are certain excercises you can do in the gym. Just do more weights for your chest, and you shoulders should broaden too. Bench press is a good example.

Yeah, bench press, miltary press, and lateral raises will all work your shoulders and make them appear bigger, but make sure to work your back muscles as well.

Also if you want your shoulders to appear bigger it can help to have a narrow waist, it makes your shoulders look bigger by emphasising their size compared to your waist.

Lateral Raises and back exercises

traps, delts and upper back need working to widen the appearance of your back

shoulder shrugs, upright rows
military press, front raises, lateral raises
cleans and pull ups

if you were going to do one exercise I would recommend really going hard on the pull ups if you want to widen the appearance of your shoulders.
