German A2 Oral (help!)

Our teacher asked us to create a question and prepare a ~1500 word draft for the A2 discussion Oral. Out of the 4 categories (Society, Environment, Technology and History) I decided to base my essay on:

"The issue of Co2 Emissions in Germany"

I plan my hypothesis to be:

-Introduction (stats, current situation, dangers)

-Causes/factors

-The alternative: Environmental energy?

-Further measures implemented by government/advertising

-Current progress/forecast for the future


Does this seem too broad and general or is it ok??

In my point of view your structure of the essay is appropriate enough. Nevertheless I would love to read your essay in German to gain a better insight.
