Chemistry help- terminology relating to iodine clock reaction

Im going to soon start my coursework for chemistry ocr b salters on the iodine clock reaction. Im trying to plan beforehand so that i know how to conduct my experiment, making sure i know how to make up solutions etc. Im just confused with what these terms mean when talking about certain chemicals eg hydrogen peroxide ' for solutions equal to or greater than 28 vol' what does 'vol' actually mean and how can you convert this to a concentration/ actual volume to use in the experiment?. I understand the w/v percentage of the product in solution but the rest I am getting really confused with.

Please help.
Vol means the amount of O2 gas formed under standard conditions from converting 1 l of H2O2 to H2O + O2
