banging headache and sore kidneys?
ok woke up this morning with an absolutley side splitting banging headache where i thought ma head might explode...and quite strong pain in my kidneys (well i dont know if its my kidneys or not but its in the right place for them), headaches starting to go after a few paracetamol but my kidneys still feel very sore 
i was absolutely fine last night, but just woke up like that this morning, any advice from anyone?
