I would seriously not do this, i would just do them in a complete set at the end of the day. Muscles build when they break and repair bigger i think, so my breaking them every hour you are not giving them time to rebuild. Also if you do them as a complete set at the end of the day, dont do it every day, 4 times a week should be fine.

Hope that Helps

You really need to be doing at least 20 min sessions for it to be any good, so really 5 mins every hour isn't going to do much. It would be better to try an get your exercise into a few daily sessions.

what kind of exercise are you planning on doing for 5 minutes?

well , after a hr i may do some curls with weights....
well if its weight training then its not really very good. you need to give your muscles time to repair after exercise. it would be better to do a more intense session in the evening.

Seeing as you work at home you probably dont move around too much so every morning you should take a walk, like you would if you were walking to work. At lunch time take another walk outside, then in the evening do some exercise.

Also in between all that you could have a 5 minute walk around your house to keep yourself active, or walk up and down your stairs a few times. Its not healthy not moving.

Obviously exercising every hour is a stupid idea, but if you're breaking an hour of workout into smaller working out sessions than that's much better. And how many times per week are you working with those weight? 3/4 times per week of strength training is enough methinks.

Around 40 minutes, once per day, usually focusing on a few muscle groups.

i guess its better than no exercise?

but if ur doing weights, then maybe 5 mins every hour is worth a go?
its better then no exercise... but 5 mins is not really intense enough to do anything... thats what i think anyway n im no expert...

but frm experience its not enough to show results... if that what your lookin for..
