Help - skin bleached!

Help! I used Boots hair lightener on some hair round my belly button this morning and for about half an hour afterwards, the skin where the cream had been was visibly paler too!

Does this always happen or should I not use it again? The skin looks normal again now but it was a bit of a shock!

Do you use fake tan?

I'm sure it's fine to use. And if has gona back to normal, what are you worried about?

Well I'm worried because I didn't think it was normal for your skin to be bleached as well as the hair!!

Don't worry, it always happens with me as well, it's just a normal reaction to the hair lightening cream.
