I would guess that you can still use the microwave to defrost it and then use the oven for actual cooking. I think it just means that you can't cook it in the microwave, not that you can't defrost it.

But I could be wrong.. it may mean that you need to just leave it out of the freezer for hours to defrost. But I doubt it.

Noooo! Don't cook it in the micrwave (defrost it in there though) - it'll go all soggy and nasty.

Or just stick it in the oven from frozen, that's what I aways do anyway...

I just chuck it in the microwave and when i see that its hot enough then i eat it:p:- works for me

Not if you put it in there for a right amount of time not too long or it goes too crispy

Cook it in the oven lol (but don't overcook it). Haven't you defrost a pizza before? Apparently not. :rolleyes:
