How do I defrost a pizza?

It says "Thoroughly defrost if frozen."
...then it says "not suitable for microwave cooking"

contradictory surely. i am ****ing starving, please help. :mad:

I would guess that you can still use the microwave to defrost it and then use the oven for actual cooking. I think it just means that you can't cook it in the microwave, not that you can't defrost it.

But I could be wrong.. it may mean that you need to just leave it out of the freezer for hours to defrost. But I doubt it.

Noooo! Don't cook it in the micrwave (defrost it in there though) - it'll go all soggy and nasty.

Or just stick it in the oven from frozen, that's what I aways do anyway...
