I feel exactly the same, I was very stressed from February onwards (serious uni problems, then all the catching up at school, then exams), and now it's ...over. And I haven't been properly relaxed for aaaaages, been working all holidays. I spent all day yesterday doing nothing, and it feels weird and wrong. Don't know how to face the freedom...

A bit of alcohol in the evenings maybe?

burn your revision notes

^ are you kidding??? I have troubles throwing away my AS notes... I spent so much time crafting them... it was so important back then... this was the reality of my life, and now it's over!! :frown:

It will take me at least 2 years until I will be ready to get rid of the school stuff - I like my memories and anything that triggers them

I haven't had time to de-stress either, as I've gone straight into full time work and I'm ploughing all my energies into that. I'm up to my eyes in trying to organise Pirate Night at the moment! You would not believe how difficult it is to find a reasonably priced inflatable palm tree...

On a more serious note, as buttercup said - read, go for walks, maybe go swimming? Any activities which take your attention away from exams and results and help you to de-stress.
