Something will crop up which will boost it. Not a lot of practical stuff you can really do..

Making a plan to change it won't change it. Neither will trying to change.

You have to identify and make a meaningful change immediately; otherwise nothing will ever get done.
Exercise. I dunno if you have any insecurities about the way you look (almost everyone does.) Thats the obvious one anyway

You could try reading books or those freaky tapes you listen to in your sleep. I know people who thats worked for. Just do something that will make a positive change to the way you feel and dont pretend your fine with the way you are now.

Tell us how it goes

Why not buy Paul McKenna's 'Instant Confidence' book (with free mind programming CD!). I bought it as i have always found his programs fascinating but was slightly sceptical of these CD thingys so i didn't really expect it to work but OMG it really does! After only using it for a few days many people were saying that there was something different about me (in a good way) and they didn't know what it was or that i had this book. You completely feel the difference too so i definately recommend it to people wanting a confidence boost!

confidence.i love you ,but you dont love me
Every time you do something, think how a confident person would do it. So, instead of walking into a room looking at your feet, walk in with your head held high and smiling.
Whenever I need a confidence boost, I always think about my ancestors and how they struggled and endured indeterminate amounts of pain to facilitate my existence. This not only makes me feel lucky to be alive, but also determined not to let them down
Confidence?

Have a look at this

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=mfyqNEC2roU

The seminars are eye-opening (if you've got cash to burn) or alternatively have a look at what you can find on ebay when you whack this guy's name into the search engine.
read motivational books and try bodybuilding or just exercising.
No, no, no! Not self-help books or seminars! They're just a way for ridiculous people to take the money of people feeling low. It's dishonest!

Sooooo, yeah, the only way to boost confidence comes from within. You just need to get yourself out there. Maybe join clubs or find ways of mixing with people. Getting a job where you mix with the public can help loads too. E.g. Working in a bar or shop.
Read the Alchemist.

Not really a self-help book, rather it involves the story of one man's search for his destiny. Very metaphorical and inspirational.
you would love my tutor teacher
