Does anyone have experience at sports Direct and what I should expect from the interview. What is the uniform like? What is the pay like for different age brackets? What is availability like?

Haven't you seen that post in red letters at the top of the page? People are not permitted to speak of interview experiences- otherwise it could give someone like you an unfair advantage. As for your second question, why don't you show some initiative and go into the shop- then you can see what the uniform is like (usually a polo shirt and tracksuit bottoms). As for the other two questions, why don't you ask the interviewer (well, the second question, anyway)? As an applicant, you ALWAYS get asked 'Are there any questions?' at the end, although they will probably tell you the pay and dates you would be required to work.
