Ok, so I sent my UCAS application off a month today on the 14th of October, and so far have received an offer and two interviews. However, I am yet to hear from two of my Unis which is beginning to worry me slight.

I applied for Chemical Engineering at Surrey, and so far I have heard absolutely nothing from them. Most people I have seen have been invited to an applicant day, I literally have nothing. My other Uni is Cambridge, I went for an open application and was placed in Girton college. I am generally supposed to receive a letter from early November to mid Novemeber and so far have nothing.

So, my question is should I be worried? Are my chances of getting in to Surrey poor going by this info? And, should I maybe email Cambridge to see whats up, or leave it a little longer?

    Cheers

Don't be worried at all! It takes a different amount of time for each applicant. I know it's hard not to worry when you see people with interviews/offers for your course, but it's most definitely not bad news

No you shouldn't be worried at all, unis have until May to reply and can't reply to all applications at once! As far as Cambridge goes its only just mid November so don't panic.

Ok, so after all my worrying I finally received a Surrey applicant day today, so I am very very happy. However, for me to get to the applicant day will be very difficult, and I'm not too sure I'd be able to make it. Does anyone know if the applicant days are necessary, as I am unsure as to whether I could make it.
